1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a purchase and transacting at our eCRATER store, you (the Buyer) are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Description and Authenticity
Most of the classic bicycle accessories we sell are vintage items, New Old Stock (NOS), pre-owned (used) items, or restored items.
• Condition: Please expect minor scratches, discoloration, or signs of wear consistent with the item's age. We strive to describe the condition as accurately as possible through text and photos.
• Authenticity: We guarantee the authenticity of the items in accordance with the brand description or production era.

3. Pricing and Currency
In accordance with eCRATER’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, all product prices in our store are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Transactions will be processed in USD.

4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via methods supported by the eCRATER platform, such as PayPal or credit card. Buyers must complete payment within the timeframe specified by the system to avoid automatic cancellation.

5. Shipping Policy
Ordered items will be shipped 2 days after payment is made and will arrive in your country in approximately 20–30 days.
• We offer international shipping.
• Shipping costs are included in the price of the ordered items.
• Any import duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

6. Return Policy
Due to the unique and limited nature of classic/vintage items:
• All sales are final, unless the item received is proven not to match the description and photos provided on the product page.

7. Privacy and Customer Data
We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during checkout (name, address, email) will be used solely for order processing and shipping, and is subject to eCRATER’s Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the seller's domicile and the eCRATER platform.
